Some wonderful samples, I always remember my first paid job was a scrap book style site using scanned paper heavily compressed into 4 colour gifs…ahhh bless the days of dial up internet!

There are some really cool ideas here. I love using textures in design. From sand to water to paper textures, they all ad a really cool element.
