I agree that The CSS Awards is one of the best CSS galleries out there. They certainly do pick out some fantastic designs.
Also, I found CSS Machine recently, which also displays some great designs.

Some good collection. I am not surprised a lot of those aren’t some client websites, but merely designers’ own sites. It’s hard to make a lot of Clients buy those ideas! :)
