Just last month I did a piece outlining beautiful Japanese websites among a sea of poorly designed layouts. Studying the cultural trends in other countries helps to bridge the gap between common notions of UI/UX in web design. Specifically non-English speaking countries which often have a different means of publishing content online.
I went through a number of resources and put together 33 very unique Arabic website layouts. Many of these sites have ranked highly in Alexa, or been featured in Google searches for related keywords. The field of web design has been a growing business in all geographic areas of the world. The Internet has drawn a lot of attention and it is safe to assume this will only grow faster as times goes on.
